Print Quality is Guaranteed! Order With Confidence...

We at Short Run Printing, Ltd. stand behind the quality of the product we produce. Due to the dynamic nature of the printing process, the following requirements must be met in order for the Quality Guarantee to be in force.
Source File must:

Be a single PDF file
Be set to CMYK Color Mode
Contain no ICC Profile Tagging
Have all Fonts Embedded (Full Font is preferred; however, subset is acceptable)
Have a Minimum Resolution of 600DPI for source graphics
Have a Minimum Resolution of 600DPI for exported PDF
Have all Layers Flattened
Have proper bleed of .125" outside each cut line
Have proper safe area of .125" inside each cut line

Quality Guarantee:
Due to the nature of the CMYK printing process, we cannot print every color available. CMYK is still able to achieve a large color gamut and the vast majority of graphics will look correct. That being said we cannot guarantee a perfect color match when printing your project. The limitations of the CMYK process are common among all printers and are not exclusive to Short Run Printing, Ltd. As common in the print industry, we will print respectable, eye-pleasing color and will make every reasonable effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible. Minor color variation, either page to page or piece to piece, does not constitute grounds for a quality claim.

Orders up to $500.00 (US) excluding shipping:
If a defect is found in our printing, we will refund or reprint your project at YOUR option.
Orders in excess of $500.00 (US) excluding shipping:
If a defect is found in our printing, we will refund or reprint your project at OUR option.

Please note the following with regards to Reprinted Orders:

Original Source File must meet the requirements specified herein.
Order Reprints will be completed in a manner consistant with the original order's service level.
Short Run Printing, Ltd. will pay for Ground Shipping to Customer for reprinted order.
Unless otherwise directed by Short Run Printing, Ltd. in writing, Customer will need to return claimed product

Please note the following with regards to Refunded Orders:

Original Source File must meet the requirements specified herein.
Upon approval, Short Run Printing, Ltd. will issue refund for the purchase price within 48 hours.
If the refund is issued to a Credit Card, please allow additional time for Credit Card issuer to post the credit to your account.
Shipping charges are excluded from refund eligibility.
Unless otherwise directed by Short Run Printing, Ltd. in writing, Customer will need to return claimed product

Delivery Commitment:
Every reasonable effort is made to deliver each project by the commited delivery schedule. Should the commited delivery schedule not be met, your recourse is as follows.
If the delay is caused by something inside the direct control of Short Run Printing, Ltd.

An automated email will be generated as soon as it is apparent that this commitment will be missed alerting you to the situation.
Upon request, we will refund 10% of the original order cost (excluding shipping-not to excede 100%) per day of delay caused by Short Run Printing, Ltd.

If the delay is caused by the shipping carrier and is covered by that carriers Money-Back Guarantee.

Upon request, we will refund 100% of the shipping charges .

Please Note:
Any claims against orders produced by Short Run Printing, Ltd. need to be made in writing within 14 calendar days the actual delivery date.
